Hotel and Restaurants

We're staying at:
Hotel dei Duchi

"Hotel dei Duchi is located only a few steps from a main square in Spoleto, and less than a 15-minute walk from virtually all of the main sights in the town. It actually overlooks the Roman Theater.... The room was commodious, the staff were service-oriented, there was free access to a public computer in the lobby--and parking was convenient and free! The restaurant was fine--but not as memorable as the hotel."

"Not to be missed is the Rocca Fortress..."

"The family is very nice and they do speak English. The breakfast and the wait staff were very good also. We asked for two plates of cabrese and they set up a special place on the terrace just for us with not only the cabrese but also olives, bread, olive oil and white table cloth with a candle."

"Spoleto is a sweetly interesting medieval town with many cafes shops walking tours and more."
